With experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, we work closely with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys to keep every detail moving smoothly and every client informed along the way.
Robert “Austin” King
Attorney and Title Agent
Attorney King provides legal representation to a wide range of clients, with a focus on real estate law, business law, and corporate law. Having grown up around family-owned businesses and real estate in the Pittsburgh area, he has spent much of his life involved in the practical side of real estate and business transactions. His experience includes negotiating lease buyouts, buy/sell agreements, and commercial leases exceeding $5 million, as well as handling landlord/tenant matters through all phases of representation.
He also advises businesses on contracts, corporate transactions, and formation decisions, helping owners navigate complex legal and operational challenges. In addition, Attorney King serves as the primary title agent for Riverside Settlement Services in Beaver, PA, where he provides title insurance and closing services for real estate transactions. Outside of his practice, he enjoys following Cleveland sports, researching cryptocurrency, and brings a unique background as a former poker player who helped fund his education through the game.
Matthew Huffines

Matthew Huffines, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional with a strong focus on real estate law. As an owner and counsel for Riverside Settlement Services, Attorney Huffines provides guidance and representation in a wide range of real estate matters, including property acquisitions, title examinations, zoning regulations, land use planning, and contract negotiations.
Known for his strategic counsel and client-focused approach, Attorney Huffines is committed to helping individuals and businesses navigate complex real estate transactions while protecting their interests. His experience, professionalism, and dedication to legal integrity make him a trusted advocate in resolving even the most challenging real estate matters.
Isabella Barnes
Closing Coordinator
Isabella Barnes has traveled around but she now proudly calls Pennsylvania home. Her career began at King and Huffines; Attorneys at Law PLLC, where she spent five years in the legal department after starting as a receptionist. When Riverside Settlement Services, LLC was founded by King and Huffines, she eagerly joined the team and has been an integral part of its success ever since. What she values most about her work is the incredible team she gets to work alongside each day.
When she’s not coordinating closings, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring art and history museums, concerts, and expressing her creativity through art and music. She tries to live every day by her father’s words: “Live your life and have fun,” always striving to make each day better than the last.
Emily Fisher
Post-Closing Assistant
Emily loves her hometown of Beaver, PA and enjoys exploring the shops along Main Street. She takes pride in guiding clients through some of their most meaningful life milestones and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading non-fiction and historical books, as well as crafting and baking. She loves spending time with her son, whether that’s a friendly game of frisbee or a soccer game together. On weekends, she can often be found visiting local markets or trying out new coffee shops around town.
Taylor King
Admin Staff
Taylor is a Beaver County local who loves supporting small businesses in her area. She helps navigate the closing process on the closing side and also holds her real estate license, allowing her to support clients throughout their transactions from contract to close.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as caring for her plants and reading. She is also actively involved in supporting a local volunteer organization dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. While the organization’s primary focus is on children, it also serves and supports the broader communities in which it operates.
