   Our primary goal is to provide competent title and closing/settlement services to our clients in a broad range of areas, including residential real estate, commercial real estate, lender refinancing, construction loans, tax deferred exchanges, seller financing, installment contracts, land contracts, and other types of transactions requiring a third party closing/settlement service. 

   At Riverside Settlement Services, LLC we pride ourselves on providing competent services as both of our primary members are licensed attorneys in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We make it our goal to keep in constant communication with all Parties, provide timely services, and ensure a smooth transaction for all Parties involved.

   Our primary location is in Beaver, Pennsylvania but we provide closing services in any location in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  We look forward to servicing your title and closing/settlement needs!
